Nastaven\u00ed Eastron 630 popisuji v p\u0159edchoz\u00edch \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch (<a href=\"https:\/\/loxoneworks.cz\/?p=228\">1<\/a>) a (<a href=\"https:\/\/loxoneworks.cz\/?p=412\">2<\/a>). Jen tak na okraj podot\u00fdk\u00e1m, \u017ee \u0161ablona z Loxone Library obsahuje n\u011bkolik chyb, stejn\u011b jako \u0161ablona pro dal\u0161\u00ed obl\u00edben\u00fd elektrom\u011br Inepro 380. Snad se k tomu n\u011bkdy dostanu a ud\u011bl\u00e1m po\u0159\u00e1dnou \u0161ablonu &#8211; ve sv\u00fdch instalac\u00edch m\u00e1m opraveno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaj\u00edmalo m\u011b jednak vyu\u017eit\u00ed skv\u011bl\u00e9ho produktu (zejm\u00e9na pro pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed) Moxa MGate 3170, kter\u00fdch n\u011bkolik kus\u016f se ke mn\u011b dostalo. Jde o p\u0159evodn\u00edky obecn\u011b s\u00e9riov\u00e9 komunikace (RS-485\/RS-232) na s\u00ed\u0165ovou komunikaci, ale o t\u011bch n\u011bkdy p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b. Takt\u00e9\u017e jsem cht\u011bl m\u00edt mo\u017enost vy\u010d\u00edtat \u010di zapisovat data z r\u016fzn\u00fdch produkt\u016f z Ali, kter\u00e9 jsou k dost\u00e1n\u00ed za p\u00e1r pen\u011bz a um\u00ed poskytnout relevantn\u00ed informace p\u0159es Modbus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na prvn\u00ed pokusy je ov\u0161em nejlep\u0161\u00ed po\u0159\u00eddit si p\u0159evodn\u00edk <a href=\"https:\/\/s.click.aliexpress.com\/e\/_okBXaYZ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">USB-RS485<\/a>, nap\u0159\u00edklad tento (m\u00e1m vyzkou\u0161en):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"496\" height=\"346\" src=\"https:\/\/loxoneworks.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-509\" srcset=\"https:\/\/loxoneworks.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/image.png 496w, https:\/\/loxoneworks.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/image-300x209.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 496px) 100vw, 496px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Po p\u0159ipojen\u00ed se nastav\u00ed jako n\u011bjak\u00fd port COM1-5, je mo\u017eno zjistit p\u0159es Spr\u00e1vce za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (WIN+X a vybrat Spr\u00e1vce za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \ud83d\ude09 a v sekci Porty je n\u00e1sledn\u011b vid\u011bt \u010d\u00edslo COM portu (d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro nastaven\u00ed komunikace &#8211; viz d\u00e1le).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nyn\u00ed je t\u0159eba nainstalovat software pro Modbus komunikaci, kter\u00fdch je nep\u0159ebern\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed. J\u00e1 jsem zakotvil u free programu <a href=\"https:\/\/sourceforge.net\/projects\/qmodmaster\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qModMaster<\/a> (d\u00e1le QMM) proto\u017ee umo\u017e\u0148uje jak RTU (to je s\u00e9riov\u00e1 komunikace pomoc\u00ed 2 vodi\u010d\u016f A\/B) tak TCP (\u010dili p\u0159es po\u010d\u00edta\u010dovou s\u00ed\u0165 &#8211; v\u011bt\u0161ina sofistikovan\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed z oblasti elektro &#8211; nap\u0159. tepeln\u00e1 \u010derpadla, st\u0159\u00edda\u010de pro FVE apod. umo\u017e\u0148uje Modbus komunikaci p\u0159es TCP\/IP). QMM nav\u00edc disponuje samostatn\u00fdm oknem pro zobrazen\u00ed komunikace na \u00farovni jednotliv\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edkaz\u016f po bytech, co\u017e se n\u011bkdy docela hod\u00ed (a ve fin\u00e1le to nen\u00ed tak slo\u017eit\u00e9, zpo\u010d\u00e1tku jde o zm\u011b\u0165 \u010d\u00edsel, za chv\u00edli se ale \u010dlov\u011bk zorientuje a vid\u00ed na t\u00e9 nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u00farovni, jak komunikace prob\u00edh\u00e1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob\u010das pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m Modbus Poll, kter\u00fd je graficky naprosto zastaral\u00fd (\u00farove\u0148 cca Win 3.11) a placen\u00fd a za m\u011b p\u0159edra\u017een\u00fd (zat\u00edm jedu v demo re\u017eimu), ale um\u00ed zobrazit v\u00edcero oken, co\u017e se hod\u00ed, chceme-li vy\u010d\u00edtat v\u00edce registr\u016f najednou. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je mo\u017en\u00e9 z\u00edskat spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 data postupn\u011b po jednotliv\u00fdch registrech a poskl\u00e1dat si v\u00edce senzor\u016f pak a\u017e v Loxone do jednoho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Bude pops\u00e1no postupn\u011b d\u00e1le v dal\u0161\u00edch \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zp\u011bt odbo\u010dka k hardware &#8211; pokud si budete objedn\u00e1vat p\u0159evodn\u00edk, p\u0159iho\u010fte si do ko\u0161\u00edku i tento <a href=\"https:\/\/s.click.aliexpress.com\/e\/_olQIiPJ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Me\u0159i\u010d DC nap\u011bt\u00ed a proudu<\/a> &#8211; skv\u011bl\u00e1 a nav\u00edc smyslupln\u00e1 v\u011bc na prvn\u00ed hr\u00e1tky s Modbus&#8230; Umo\u017e\u0148uje to, co je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 na Loxone Power and Backup, a sice m\u011b\u0159it nap\u011bt\u00ed a hlavn\u011b prot\u00e9kaj\u00edc\u00ed <strong>stejnosm\u011brn\u00fd<\/strong> proud t\u00edmto m\u011b\u0159i\u010dem. M\u00e1 v sob\u011b 2 kan\u00e1ly, a\u017e do 5A ka\u017ed\u00fd (pokud zvol\u00edte spr\u00e1vnou variantu) a ur\u010dit\u011b bych jej doporu\u010dil za\u0159adit na jednotliv\u00e9 DC v\u011btve rozvod\u016f. Tak m\u016f\u017eete hezky zjistit, kolik &#8222;\u017eere&#8220; kter\u00e9 LED sv\u00edtidlo na 24V \u010di LED p\u00e1sek \u010di jen komponenty Loxone apod. ani\u017e byste se chodili d\u00edvat do rozvad\u011b\u010de na <a href=\"https:\/\/s.click.aliexpress.com\/e\/_omBE7nT\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Volt\/Amp\u00e9rmetr<\/a> (nebo t\u0159eba <a href=\"https:\/\/s.click.aliexpress.com\/e\/_oDSqdbb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tento<\/a> jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed), i kdy\u017e i toto je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/s.click.aliexpress.com\/e\/_olQIiPJ\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"413\" height=\"411\" src=\"https:\/\/loxoneworks.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/obrazek_2025-03-11_080003222.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-511\" srcset=\"https:\/\/loxoneworks.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/obrazek_2025-03-11_080003222.png 413w, https:\/\/loxoneworks.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/obrazek_2025-03-11_080003222-300x299.png 300w, https:\/\/loxoneworks.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/obrazek_2025-03-11_080003222-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/loxoneworks.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/obrazek_2025-03-11_080003222-100x100.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 413px) 100vw, 413px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro funguj\u00edc\u00ed zapojen\u00ed je t\u0159eba p\u0159iv\u00e9st na svorky GND a VN nap\u00e1jec\u00ed referen\u010dn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed (klidn\u011b 24V p\u0159\u00edmo ze zdroje pro Loxone v\u011btev &#8211; spot\u0159eba je minim\u00e1ln\u00ed) a na svorky A\/B komunikaci do USB p\u0159evodn\u00edku \u010di n\u00e1sledn\u011b pro integraci s Loxone do Modbus extension \u010di Moxa \u010di jin\u00e9ho RTU\/TCP p\u0159evodn\u00edku. Nep\u0159ipojujte na svorky VN nap\u00e1jec\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed +5V z p\u0159evodn\u00edku USB, toto nap\u011bt\u00ed je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzk\u00e9 a m\u011b\u0159\u00e1k nebude d\u00e1vat spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 \u00fadaje. Na svorky I1+ a I1- p\u0159ipojte op\u011bt nap\u00e1jec\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed (+24V) a na O1+ a O1- zapojte spot\u0159ebi\u010d (LED p\u00e1sek nebo nap\u00e1jen\u00ed Loxone dimmeru apod.). Pamatujte na max. p\u0159\u00edpustn\u00fd proud 5A!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nyn\u00ed je v\u0161e p\u0159ipraveno pro samotn\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, tak\u017ee po spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed QMM je t\u0159eba jen nastavit parametry komunikace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U Modbus protokolu to je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>p\u0159enosov\u00e1 rychlost: (typicky 9600 baud\u016f, n\u00e1sledn\u011b n\u00e1sobky, kdy dal\u0161\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 &#8222;obl\u00edben\u00e9&#8220; hodnoty jsou 19200, 57600 a 115200)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>po\u010det datov\u00fdch bit\u016f: (v 99.9% p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f 8)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>po\u010det stop bit\u016f: (0, 1, 2)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parita: (sud\u00e1 \/ lich\u00e1 \/ \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 = N)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a pak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b adresa za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, proto\u017ee Modbus umo\u017e\u0148uje \u0159et\u011bzen\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed (kdy ka\u017ed\u00e9 mus\u00ed m\u00edt pochopiteln\u011b r\u016fznou adresu [1-254] ale V\u0160ECHNY OSTATN\u00cd PARAMETRY MUS\u00cd B\u00ddT STEJN\u00c9!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina sofistikovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje nastavit nejen svou adresu, ale i zb\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed parametry, ov\u0161em n\u011bkter\u00e9 levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed &#8222;hra\u010dky&#8220; toto neum\u00ed. Pak je tedy t\u0159eba p\u0159izp\u016fsobit ostatn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed tomuto jednomu, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 parametry fixn\u00ed. Ov\u0161em nap\u0159. jeden DC elektrom\u011br od Peacefair m\u00e1 natvrdo nastaveny naprosto nestandardn\u00ed 2 stop bity, co\u017e je pom\u011brn\u011b probl\u00e9m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zde pou\u017eit\u00fd DC volt\/amp\u00e9rmetr umo\u017e\u0148uje nastaven\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161iny parametr\u016f, ov\u0161em aby je bylo mo\u017eno nastavit, je t\u0159eba se p\u0159ipojit jeho z v\u00fdroby nastaven\u00fdmi parametry, kter\u00e9 jsou 9600\/8\/1\/N \u010dili rychlost 9600 baud\u016f, 8 datov\u00fdch +1 stop bit a \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 parita. Defaultn\u00ed adresa je 1. Nastav\u00edme tedy v QMM parametry pro RTU komunikaci. S\u00e9riov\u00fd port vyberte ten, na kter\u00e9m m\u00e1te p\u0159evodn\u00edk USB. N\u00e1sledn\u011b je\u0161t\u011b View &#8211; Bus monitor otev\u0159e samostatn\u00e9 okno, kde je vid\u011bt form\u00e1t zas\u00edlan\u00fdch a p\u0159ij\u00edman\u00fdch dat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako prvn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklad zkus\u00edme ov\u011b\u0159it a n\u00e1sledn\u011b zm\u011bnit adresu za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adresa za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je zaps\u00e1na v registru FD hex \u010dili 253 dec. Zde v tomto p\u0159\u00edkladu m\u011bn\u00edm Unit ID ze 101 na 111 (vy m\u00e1te po\u0159\u00e1d Unit ID =1). Pouze se tedy zm\u011bn\u00ed funkce na 06 (Write single register) a dole v tabulce vpi\u0161te nov\u00e9 ID (zde tedy 111). N\u00e1sledn\u011b Commands &#8211; R\/W a&#8230; Error. Nelekejte se, to se jen zapsalo nov\u00e9 Unit ID (111) ale komunikace z\u016fstala nastavena na p\u016fvodn\u00ed Unit ID 101. Jde o funkci 03 \u010dili \u010dten\u00ed a adresy registr\u016f jsou:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>00 dec = prot\u00e9kaj\u00edc\u00ed proud obvod 01<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>32 dec = nap\u011bt\u00ed obvod 01<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>01 dec = prot\u00e9kaj\u00edc\u00ed proud obvod 02<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>33 dec = nap\u011bt\u00ed obvod 02<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je dot\u00e1zat se na registry 0 a 32 a nastavit po\u010det registr\u016f na 2. Zde tedy m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed proudu v obvodu 1 po p\u0159ipojen\u00ed LED p\u00e1sku: v\u00fdsledek je 450 mA \u010dili 0,45A a na druh\u00e9m obr\u00e1zku nap\u011bt\u00ed 25,96V.
