Nejde tedy o &#8222;kr\u00e1de\u017e&#8220; obsahu zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho blogu.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud se n\u011bkomu nechce \u010d\u00edst podrobn\u00fd popis a chce si nakoupit vyzkou\u0161en\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/loxoneworks.cz\/?product=inrush-rele-schrack-rts3t024\">viz zdej\u0161\u00ed eshop<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podot\u00fdk\u00e1m, \u017ee budu ps\u00e1t &#8222;laicky&#8220;, ne ka\u017ed\u00fd zde je vzd\u011bl\u00e1n v oboru elektro, pokud by m\u011bl n\u011bkdo z\u00e1jem, m\u016f\u017ee se mrknout n\u011bkde online na V\u0160 p\u0159edm\u011bt Teorie obvod\u016f, speci\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159echodov\u00e9 jevy p\u0159i sepnut\u00ed\/vypnut\u00ed RC a RL obvod\u016f. Nen\u00ed to a\u017e tak \u00fapln\u011b jednoduch\u00e9, za m\u00fdch \u010das\u016f na tomto p\u0159edm\u011btu vyhu\u010dela dobr\u00e1 1\/3 student\u016f 1.ro\u010dn\u00edku FEL (v\u011bt\u0161inou gympl\u00e1ci). Druh\u00e1 t\u0159etina vypadla na Matematick\u00e9 anal\u00fdze (v\u011bt\u0161inou pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1ci), kterou jste pot\u0159ebovali k tomu, abyste ty p\u0159echodov\u00e9 jevy pomoc\u00ed diferenci\u00e1ln\u00edch rovnic spo\u010d\u00edtali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za\u010dnu obecn\u011b &#8211; problematika inrush current &#8211; n\u011bkdy podce\u0148ovan\u00fd a jindy p\u0159ece\u0148ovan\u00fd faktor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nutno poznamenat, \u017ee se net\u00fdk\u00e1 jen LED sv\u011btel, jak je zde ob\u010das prezentov\u00e1no a \u017ee s LED vlastn\u011b v\u016fbec nesouvis\u00ed. Pokud budete sp\u00ednat 230V k nab\u00edje\u010dce k notebooku \u010di z\u00e1suvku, kde m\u00e1te p\u0159ipojeno stoln\u00ed PC, bude to \u00fapln\u011b stejn\u00fd probl\u00e9m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jde obecn\u011b o to, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina dne\u0161n\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee nen\u00ed \u010dist\u011b odporov\u00e1 (klasick\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1rovky se t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed, zb\u00fdvaj\u00ed tak jedin\u011b topn\u00e9 patrony \u010di klasick\u00e9 odporov\u00e9 = sklokeramick\u00e9 varn\u00e9 desky), ale \u010dasto se pro p\u0159evod 230V AC na ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed DC pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v\u00edce \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e9 sp\u00ednan\u00e9 zdroje, ov\u0161em jejich \u00favodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st je naprosto stejn\u00e1 &#8211; pot\u0159ebuji usm\u011brnit AC na DC pomoc\u00ed diod a vznikl\u00e9 p\u016flvlny &#8222;zarovnat&#8220; kondenz\u00e1torem &#8211; a pr\u00e1v\u011b tady je zakopan\u00fd pes. Kondenz\u00e1tor ve vybit\u00e9m stavu se po p\u0159ipojen\u00ed k nap\u011bt\u00ed chov\u00e1 jako zkrat &#8211; nap\u011bt\u00ed na n\u011bm je minim\u00e1ln\u00ed, ale proud obrovsk\u00fd. Jak se kondenz\u00e1tor nab\u00edj\u00ed, nap\u011bt\u00ed na n\u011bm roste a proud kles\u00e1, a\u017e se dostane do ust\u00e1len\u00e9ho stavu, kdy se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b trvale vyb\u00edj\u00ed d\u00edky p\u0159ipojen\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei a nab\u00edj\u00ed ze zdroje, ale tam u\u017e je pr\u016fb\u011bh proudu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 konstantn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Probl\u00e9m proudov\u00e9ho r\u00e1zu \u010di \u0161pi\u010dky tedy vznik\u00e1, pokud sp\u00edn\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edvodn\u00ed AC 230V ke spot\u0159ebi\u010di, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 kapacitn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e ve form\u011b tohoto sp\u00ednan\u00e9ho zdroje (nap\u0159. LED p\u00e1sek s\u00e1m o sob\u011b nen\u00ed kapacitn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, tam vznik\u00e1 ale jin\u00fd probl\u00e9m, viz d\u00e1le).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed tedy velmi v\u00fdrazn\u011b na konstrukci ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jednoho sp\u00ednan\u00e9ho zdroje, jakou proudovou \u0161pi\u010dku vytvo\u0159\u00ed a tak\u00e9 na tom, je-li tento zdroj v okam\u017eiku p\u0159ipojen\u00ed zat\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n spot\u0159ebi\u010dem \u010di nikoliv (zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9mu zdroji samoz\u0159ejm\u011b trv\u00e1 d\u00e9le, ne\u017e se jev ust\u00e1l\u00ed, proto\u017ee kondenz\u00e1tor je od za\u010d\u00e1tku vyb\u00edjen onou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed). Po\u0159\u00e1d se ale bav\u00edme v \u0159\u00e1du milisekund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nelze tedy generalizovat, ov\u0161em osobn\u011b se domn\u00edv\u00e1m, \u017ee u m\u00e9n\u011b kvalitn\u00edch zdroj\u016f (co\u017e je dnes v\u011bt\u0161ina) s kondenz\u00e1tory ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch kapacit, kter\u00e9 nav\u00edc v \u010dase pom\u011brn\u011b siln\u011b degraduj\u00ed, nebude \u0161pi\u010dka v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 10 a\u017e 20-ti n\u00e1sobek p\u0159ipojen\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud si tedy vyberu klasick\u00e9 rel\u00e9 s b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm materi\u00e1lem kontakt\u016f AgNi \u010di AgCdO s kontakty dimenzovan\u00fdmi na 16A (kter\u00e9 ve \u0161pi\u010dce kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b zvl\u00e1dnou 25A) a budu j\u00edm sp\u00ednat 1A z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, \u010dili zdroj, kter\u00fd mi nap\u00e1j\u00ed 200W LED, nemus\u00edm to podle m\u011b a\u017e tak \u00fapln\u011b \u0159e\u0161it speci\u00e1ln\u00edm typem rel\u00e9, proto\u017ee \u0161pi\u010dka bude m\u00edt nap\u0159. 20A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pokud budu jedn\u00edm rel\u00e9 sp\u00ednat plnou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, \u010dili pote\u010de mi j\u00edm 16A v ust\u00e1len\u00e9m stavu, (tak\u017ee na n\u011bm budu m\u00edt sp\u00ednan\u00fd zdroj pro LED 3kW), pak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b mus\u00edm s\u00e1hnou po inrush variant\u011b rel\u00e9 (v\u011bt\u0161inou s kontakty z AgSnO2) kter\u00e9 snese nap\u0159. \u0161pi\u010dku ve v\u00fd\u0161i 125A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Druh\u00e1 mo\u017enost sp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed je nechat tyto sp\u00ednan\u00e9 zdroje trvale p\u0159ipojen\u00e9 k AC 230V (stejn\u011b jako v\u0161echny televize, monitory a ostatn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ve &#8222;stand-by re\u017eimu; nab\u00edje\u010dku na NTB taky nevytahujete poka\u017ed\u00e9 ze z\u00e1suvky) a sp\u00ednat pomoc\u00ed rel\u00e9 ji\u017e usm\u011brn\u011bn\u00e9 DC rozvody o ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm nap\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zde nar\u00e1\u017e\u00edme na dva probl\u00e9my &#8211; zaprv\u00e9 je to omezen\u00e1 d\u00e9lka veden\u00ed, proto\u017ee vodi\u010de maj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00fd odpor, na kter\u00e9m vznik\u00e1 \u00fabytek nap\u011bt\u00ed, co\u017e pro n\u00edzk\u00e1 DC nap\u011bt\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b vad\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mal\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad, LED p\u00e1sek na 12V, p\u0159\u00edkonu 96W (\u010dili pot\u0159ebn\u00fd proud cca 8A): na m\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9m vodi\u010di pr\u016f\u0159ezu 1,5mm2 d\u00e9lky 20m vznikne \u00fabytek nap\u011bt\u00ed cca 1,7V a do spot\u0159ebi\u010de (p\u00e1sku) doputuje pouh\u00fdch 83W, zbytek se p\u0159em\u011bn\u00ed na teplo v p\u0159\u00edvodn\u00edm vodi\u010di.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159i nap\u00e1jen\u00ed p\u00e1sku stejn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edkonu (96W) ov\u0161em 24V je proud polovi\u010dn\u00ed a \u00fabytek nap\u011bt\u00ed jen 0,9V a na spot\u0159ebi\u010d se dostane 92,5W.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Str\u00e1nka s v\u00fdpo\u010dty online nap\u0159. <a href=\"https:\/\/it.cestuji.info\/vypocet-odporu-vodice-online.php#vysledky\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zde<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Druh\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem je to, \u017ee p\u0159i sepnut\u00ed\/vypnut\u00ed rel\u00e9 p\u0159i sp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed DC vznik\u00e1 obloukov\u00fd jev (n\u011bco jako klasick\u00e1 sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010dka). I z tohoto d\u016fvodu je na rel\u00e9 v\u017edy uv\u00e1d\u011bn parametr sp\u00ednan\u00e9ho proudu pro AC i DC nap\u011bt\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161inou b\u00fdv\u00e1 proud stejn\u00fd, ale sp\u00ednan\u00e9 DC nap\u011bt\u00ed je mnohem ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed (typicky nap\u0159 16A\/250V AC ale 16A\/30V DC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ot\u00e1zka &#8222;co je lep\u0161\u00ed&#8220; je vpravd\u011b \u0159e\u010dnick\u00e1. Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed \u010dist\u011b na druhu instalace, jestli budu sp\u00ednat 230V AC do sp\u00ednan\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohu um\u00edstit bl\u00ed\u017ee spot\u0159ebi\u010d\u016fm a m\u00edt tak kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 veden\u00ed pro DC ale mus\u00edm \u0159e\u0161it proudov\u00e9 \u0161pi\u010dky nebo nech\u00e1vat AC zdroje trvale p\u0159ipojen\u00e9 a sp\u00ednat n\u00edzk\u00e9 DC. V praxi (a v m\u00e9m dom\u011b ur\u010dit\u011b) budu \u0159e\u0161it mix oboj\u00edho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je\u0161t\u011b k omezen\u00ed \u0161pi\u010dek &#8211; mohu pou\u017e\u00edt NTC \u010dili termistory s negativn\u00edm pr\u016fb\u011bhem charakteristiky (aneb mrkn\u011bte do n\u011bjak\u00e9ho star\u00e9ho = poctiv\u00e9ho AT zdroje k PC, tam ur\u010dit\u011b bude), kdy termistor ve studen\u00e9m stavu (pokojov\u00e1 teplota) m\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00fd odpor a tlum\u00ed tak onu proudovou \u0161pi\u010dku. Pr\u016fchodem proudu se zah\u0159eje a jeho odpor kles\u00e1 k nule (ov\u0161em nen\u00ed to nula, vznik\u00e1 na n\u011bm \u00fabytek nap\u011bt\u00ed a t\u00edm p\u00e1dem i ztr\u00e1tov\u00e9 teplo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vsuvka: \u010dl\u00e1nek o pou\u017eit\u00ed NTC nap\u0159. <a href=\"https:\/\/product.tdk.com\/en\/techlibrary\/applicationnote\/howto_ntc-limiter.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zde<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b pak pou\u017e\u00edt n\u011bjak\u00fd aktivn\u00ed omezovac\u00ed prvek &#8211; nap\u0159. zde popis od <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mean-well.cz\/assets\/Odborne_clanky\/Elektro-06-19-ICL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MeanWell<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V dom\u00e1c\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch asi nerealizovateln\u00e9, ale teoreticky pou\u017eiteln\u00e9 je je\u0161t\u011b za\u0159azen\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 induk\u010dnosti (tlumivky) do obvodu (pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se nap\u0159. ve zdroj\u00edch anodov\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed elektronkov\u00fdch zesilova\u010d\u016f).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ob\u011b praktick\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed jsou pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na zejm\u00e9na z d\u016fvodu toho, aby &#8222;nevypadl&#8220; jisti\u010d, proto\u017ee sice inrush verze rel\u00e9 onen \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd proud sepne, ale v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b spojen\u00ed v\u00edce rel\u00e9 do bloku pod jeden jisti\u010d m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit jeho &#8222;vypad\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed&#8220;. NTC \u010di ten aktivn\u00ed prvek zamez\u00ed \u010di podstatn\u011b omez\u00ed vznik t\u00e9to \u0161pi\u010dky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Snad jsem to popsal alespo\u0148 trochu srozumiteln\u011b, fundovan\u00fdm koleg\u016fm se omlouv\u00e1m za pou\u017eit\u00e1 zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed \u010di nep\u0159esnou terminologii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je\u0161t\u011b dov\u011btek: pokud n\u011bkdo \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee Loxone neupozor\u0148uje na nemo\u017enost sp\u00ednat LED sv\u011btla (l\u00e9pe \u0159e\u010deno kapacitn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e \u010dili sp\u00ednan\u00e9 zdroje) sv\u00fdmi rel\u00e9, nem\u00e1 pravdu. V parametrech je toti\u017e jasn\u011b naps\u00e1no 10A\/250V AC cos(f\u00ed) = 1 co\u017e je ozna\u010den\u00ed pro \u010dist\u011b odporovou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e (na odporu je proud a nap\u011bt\u00ed ve f\u00e1zi, s rostouc\u00edm nap\u011bt\u00edm roste i proud; oproti tomu na kondenz\u00e1toru se proud &#8222;p\u0159edb\u00edh\u00e1&#8220; p\u0159ed nap\u011bt\u00edm &#8211; viz text v\u00fd\u0161e a cos(f\u00ed) = -90\u00b0 \u010dili p\u0159i nulov\u00e9m nap\u011bt\u00ed vysok\u00fd proud; u c\u00edvky je tomu zase naopak cos(f\u00ed) = +90\u00b0).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cos(f\u00ed) se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 \u00fa\u010din\u00edk a jde o f\u00e1zov\u00fd posuv nap\u011bt\u00ed a proudu v obvodu, pomoc\u00ed n\u011bj se pak po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 \u010dinn\u00fd a zd\u00e1nliv\u00fd v\u00fdkon atd. ale to je na dal\u0161\u00ed rozbor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jin\u00fdmi slovy, rel\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edmo z miniserveru bych se rozhodn\u011b neb\u00e1l pou\u017e\u00edt na sp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed spot\u0159ebi\u010d\u016f na n\u00edzk\u00e9 DC nap\u011bt\u00ed (nap\u0159. 24V LED p\u00e1sk\u016f) do nomin\u00e1lu 10A, l\u00e9pe s rezervou, tak\u017ee tak do 150-200W p\u0159\u00edkonu max. na 1 rel\u00e9 \u010di pro odporovou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e na 230V AC do cca 2kW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pouze pro jistotu, ale snad to v\u0161ichni pochopili &#8211; n\u00edzkonap\u011b\u0165ov\u00fd LED p\u00e1sek na DC nap\u00e1jen\u00ed (\u010dili bez &#8222;zdroje&#8220;) jako takov\u00fd se chov\u00e1 jako odporov\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, je tvo\u0159en pouze LED diodami a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdmi odpory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Co jsem \u00fapln\u011b pominul v problematice nap\u00e1jen\u00ed LED: zdroje CC x CV, ale na to u\u017e nem\u00e1m s\u00edlu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rel\u00e9, kter\u00e1 dlouhodob\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/loxoneworks.cz\/?product=inrush-rele-schrack-rts3t024\">viz zdej\u0161\u00ed eshop<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tento text je m\u00fdm autorsk\u00fdm textem a uve\u0159ejnil jsem jej p\u016fvodn\u011b v 2021\/11 na Vodnick\u00e9m blogu.
